Hey there! My name is Jen Swift
Welcome to my page! My goal is to help people create a positive relationship with food. Whether you've tried every diet out there, want to finally lose weight & keep it off, maintain a healthy weight or build muscle, I've got you covered!

My Story:
I personally wanted to change my body composition & finally see some muscle definition. Even though I exercised, I wasn’t seeing the results I was hoping for.
My goal is to feel strong in my body & mind. By adding in adequate protein, balancing out all my macronutrients & adding in weight lifting... I finally started seeing those results! The best part is still including all the foods I love! This is not a quick fix. It takes consistency, time & dedication.
This inspired me to become a certified Macro Nutrition Coach!
